Rotary Congleton

Proudly Supporting the Community

Welcome to the Rotary Club of Congleton

The Rotary Club of Congleton was formed over 77 years ago. The club welcomes people with a little spare time who want to give something back to the community. The emphasis is not only on raising money to help worthy causes and local charities, but on being actively involved.

Rotary-Congleton runs a program of events in town; it has a comprehensive program of youth activities, working with all local schools and Rotarians who roll up their sleeves and assist. The environment team works with other groups leading to ideas to protect the environment and protect wildlife groups.

Rotary members are out and about in the community. Helping the town council, running Rotary events and supporting local charities and deserving causes. The money Rotary raises around £45,000 a year is spent mainly in the town.

The club has active community, social, youth and environmental programs.

The Rotary brand – The Rotary Wheel – is one of the most respected and prestigious marks and is recognised both in the town and throughout the world. It is an enduring symbol of the highest standards.
